impersonation request unlocked API

Hi

The Request to unlocked impersonation Accounts.

The rules for refund if you account does not reactivated after from 5 min to 7 days the amount will be refunds

if you account API has been reactivated we will note you as soon.

Non refundable if you give that API account to someone else.

Non refundable if that account reactivated and deactivated again.

Info we need it : username : email : data disabled.

for some reason we sometime need ask you some QA.
