Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 days. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

4-All products are permanently non-refundable and non-refundable.

8-After delivery, “api-alajman.com” store is not responsible for any loss or damage to electronic goods purchased through “api-alajman.com” store and any loss or damage that the buyer may suffer for this reason.
9-Prices are changed on the site on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and the customer does not have the right to claim the difference because there are daily offers, there may be a rise/decrease in prices, and the “api-alajman.com” store is not obligated to pay the difference or fix the price.

يتم تغيير الاسعار فالموقع بشكل يومي/اسبوعي/شهري ولا يحق للعميل مطالبة الفرق لان هناك عروض يوميا ربما يكون هناك ارتفاع/انخفاض في الاسعار، وليس ملزوم متجر “” api-alajman.com ” بدفع الفرق او تثبيت السعر
يحق لمتجر api-alajman.com تغيير أو إضافة بنود في هذه الصفحة في اي وقت تراه مناسب و يجب على العميل متابعة البنود حتى بدون تنبيه
طلب استرجاع حسابات المعطل يتوفر شرط الاسترجاع في وصف المنتج ولا يحق لك استرجاع المبلغ في حال عدم قراه شروط المنتج
